The people at Cool Creek are the best. I had two emergency dental issues in a short time frame and Dr. Mistri and Dr. Kristoff were totally on top of it. Even though the office was closed Dr. Mistri and staff came in and gave me the treatment I needed. I am so appreciative of them and so glad they are my dentist!

Quick experience to get a crown put on and office tech and staff were very helpful and nice. Very fluid easy experience. The crown is a wee old and have no pain from it

I moved to Austin a little over 10 years ago, and I've been going to Cool Creek Dental for almost 10 years now - they are always professional, always nice, and take good care of me & my teeth. Amanda was my dental hygienist this last time, and she was great!

Been coming here for years. Always a great experience. Ask for Laudan for y’all cleaning she is wonderful and Dylan that works the front desk is a PLEASURE, his always friendly and finds the best deals/appointment times.

Everyone here is very nice and pleasant, however I’m super disappointed when they are dishonest and lies when confronted.

I had my teeth cleaned along with my son’s and we were done in 30 minutes.

I then realized, they did not polished my teeth? I asked my son and he also said they did not polished his teeth. I called to see if it was there new policy not to polish because we did not get it. They lied and said they did. I am furious because they indirectly said I lied about. They said they are happy for us to polish again if we want to come back. I know no one is perfect and I am very understanding if they would just admit it. I’m so disappointed I have to look for another dentist.

I had billing issues so I would recommend you to double check your bill. They are very professional to correct it.

If you want to be treated like just another dental patient, being rush through a revolving door of patients for the day, DO NOT come here, because that is the exact opposite of what Cool Creek Family Dental Provides. After my very first visit today, I happily switched from my lifelong dentist to Cool Creek and have scheduled appointments for my kids.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was the only patient on the schedule. My appointment began with Natalie, the assistant, who took my X-rays and 3D imaging with such efficiency and comfort which set the tone for the rest of my appointment. Dr. Mistry then conducted a comprehensive exam which was exceptionally thorough. What truly amazed me was the time Dr. Mistry spent walking through every single image, pointing out details I'd never had explained to me before and answering all my questions. This level of attention and transparency was remarkable. Our discussion ended with conservative recommendations for treatment, and at no point did I feel pressured into unnecessary procedures that did not support my long-term dental health. The fact that she spent roughly 30 minutes with me, unrushed and fully engaged, meant more than I can express.

Afterward, I moved on to my cleaning with Laudan, the hygienist, who explained each step of the gum assessment and delivered an excellent cleaning while being extremely gentle and thorough. During a conversation with Laudan, I mentioned nonchalantly how I would love to switch my kids to this practice. While checking out, the incredible scheduler Kayla had already taken the initiative to find appointment dates that aligned with the AISD school calendar! Already blown away by the level of service I had received, I was further impressed when the owner Dr. Kristoff went out of his way to introduce himself, shake my hand, and personally thank me for choosing their practice.

My experience was exceptional from start to finish. If you want a dental office that values thoroughness, patient comfort, and genuine care, Cool Creek Family Dental sets the standard. Thank you so much!

I highly recommended Cool Creek Dental! From my initial call and the warm welcome when I arrived was top notch! The ex-ray tech was pleasant and accommodating. Josh, the hygienist was detailed and gentle. Dr. Mistry was kind, gentle and took extra time explaining overall tooth and mouth anatomy❤️. I mentioned to her that I never had such detailed explanations before. She called to check in on me since I had a filling replaced. Thank you Dr. Mistry!

I went for a deep cleaning of my teeth where my hygienist Laudan was absolutely fantastic! She was thorough and efficient making an unpleasant procedure more comfortable. She then was super informative in educating me for proper maintenance moving forward. Cool Creek Dental is the very best!
