This was one of the most gentle dental cleanings I have ever gotten. I have been going to Dr. Kristoff since 2011.

I have lived in Austin for 20 years. During those 20 years I've been to several different dentists. Four years ago I found my last and final dentist! Dr. Kristoff and his staff are absolutely top-notch. I have never felt more relaxed or more comfortable in a dentist's office…EVER!

This is a great Dental practice! I’m terrified of doctors/dentists in general. So much so it had been nearly 3 decades since I’d been but had a very painful dental emergency that I couldn’t ignore. Everyone there was very kind and welcoming and of course professional. Dr Mistry (sp?) was very gentle with me and knows what she’s doing and the assistant was lovely and proficient and very capable as well, they made a good team.
Gotta say the bright spot for me in my experience was Dylan! He greeted us and was the one who talks cost with the patients and collects on the bills etc… he made it so fun! Keep up the great work, Dylan! You’re a star! Ps I’ll call tomorrow to set my next appt!

The people at Cool Creek are the best. I had two emergency dental issues in a short time frame and Dr. Mistri and Dr. Kristoff were totally on top of it. Even though the office was closed Dr. Mistri and staff came in and gave me the treatment I needed. I am so appreciative of them and so glad they are my dentist!

Quick experience to get a crown put on and office tech and staff were very helpful and nice. Very fluid easy experience. The crown is a wee old and have no pain from it

I moved to Austin a little over 10 years ago, and I've been going to Cool Creek Dental for almost 10 years now - they are always professional, always nice, and take good care of me & my teeth. Amanda was my dental hygienist this last time, and she was great!

Been coming here for years. Always a great experience. Ask for Laudan for y’all cleaning she is wonderful and Dylan that works the front desk is a PLEASURE, his always friendly and finds the best deals/appointment times.
