Love this place! Both Drs are really knowledgeable and their work speaks for itself! Dr. Kristoff is a very patient man and did really well with my procedure!Thank you for such an amazing service!

Dr. Kristoff was no nice and amazing! Dr. Kristoff and Ivette did wonderful during my exam, I felt comfortable and not anxious. Laudan was really great and gentle as well. Lastly, rachel was really nice and helped me understand my plan as she was reviewing it with me she also helped me schedule my upcoming appointments!

I’m so glad I’m a customer and part of the cool creek family! Ivette, Amanda, and Laudon always take such good care of me. I think yall should give them all raises. In fact everyone in the office should get a raise 😂

I have been going to the same dentist for a while now, but because I moved, I had to find another dentist to go to. This was my first time here. Laudan was my hygienist and she was very sweet and very mindful! Easy to communicate with and made my time at the dentist actually enjoyable. The girls at the reception desk were super kind! Dr. Kristoff was very professional and had knowledge about a future procedure I might have done there as well which was a plus. I definitely recommend coming here and will be back for the next visit.

Amanda did a great job on my semi-annual review. Gentle , thorough and skilled on all the new dentistry tools. All that plus a great smile and a calm demeanor to ease any apprehension. Ask for her.... you won't be disappointed.

Dr. Kristoff and his staff are great! As a nervous dental patient, I love that they explain each step. The entire staff is friendly and professional and the office is beautiful!

Caring and thorough, Dr. Kristoff removed my teen's wisdom teeth recently. All four had to be removed and two were impacted, so my kid was a bit nervous. Dr. Kristoff took time and explained the procedure, possible outcomes and post surgery care and hygiene in a way that I and my teen understood. He spoke to my teen as the patient in a way that give them agency and made them feel at ease with the procedure and experience as a whole. He also checked in on us in the evening after our surgery. To our surprise, my kiddo had minimal swelling and almost no pain!My teen had a bit of bleeding in one area the next day, so I called the office and was given detailed instructions on how to handle it, and it worked. I felt as though if my kid needed to be seen, they'd work us in to the schedule immediately.A few months out from surgery, my kid's had no complications and is fully healed.Thank you, Dr. Kristoff!

Today I went in for my usual check up. I really loved the professionalism and conversation I had with my Hygienist. She made the whole experience easy and fun! I hope I get her next time for my next appointment. Thank u Jessica!

Dr Kristoff has been my dentist for 10 years (at least) and I've never had a complaint. Recently, I broke a crown and they got me in and had me completely taken care of within a week, permanent crown and all. Incredible, as always.
