I have been going to the same dentist for a while now, but because I moved, I had to find another dentist to go to. This was my first time here. Laudan was my hygienist and she was very sweet and very mindful! Easy to communicate with and made my time at the dentist actually enjoyable. The girls at the reception desk were super kind! Dr. Kristoff was very professional and had knowledge about a future procedure I might have done there as well which was a plus. I definitely recommend coming here and will be back for the next visit.

Amanda did a great job on my semi-annual review. Gentle , thorough and skilled on all the new dentistry tools. All that plus a great smile and a calm demeanor to ease any apprehension. Ask for her.... you won't be disappointed.

Dr. Kristoff and his staff are great! As a nervous dental patient, I love that they explain each step. The entire staff is friendly and professional and the office is beautiful!

Caring and thorough, Dr. Kristoff removed my teen's wisdom teeth recently. All four had to be removed and two were impacted, so my kid was a bit nervous. Dr. Kristoff took time and explained the procedure, possible outcomes and post surgery care and hygiene in a way that I and my teen understood. He spoke to my teen as the patient in a way that give them agency and made them feel at ease with the procedure and experience as a whole. He also checked in on us in the evening after our surgery. To our surprise, my kiddo had minimal swelling and almost no pain!My teen had a bit of bleeding in one area the next day, so I called the office and was given detailed instructions on how to handle it, and it worked. I felt as though if my kid needed to be seen, they'd work us in to the schedule immediately.A few months out from surgery, my kid's had no complications and is fully healed.Thank you, Dr. Kristoff!

Today I went in for my usual check up. I really loved the professionalism and conversation I had with my Hygienist. She made the whole experience easy and fun! I hope I get her next time for my next appointment. Thank u Jessica!

Dr Kristoff has been my dentist for 10 years (at least) and I've never had a complaint. Recently, I broke a crown and they got me in and had me completely taken care of within a week, permanent crown and all. Incredible, as always.

Once again, I had a wonderful experience at Cool Creek! I always do! From a warm greeting at reception, where I never feel like a stranger, to my cleaning from some of the best hygienist I’ve ever had! (Today it was Patty and she was excellent! Gentle but effective and explained everything as she did it!) And of course Dr. Kristoff, knowledgeable and thorough but also very warm and kind! He takes his time and thinks through what’s best for you and works with you to get there! I never leave Cool Creek without a sense of being cared for as well as being taken care of! Thank you! Dr. Kristoff has been taking care of my teeth since I was in High School! Ive moved out of Steiner and STILL make the 40+ min drive to see him due to his exceptional care. All the staff is lovely, the hygienists are gentle, and the office is very nice. I have no plans to see any other dentists in Austin anytime soon 🙂

This review is long overdue since I don't usually write them, but I would be remiss not to formally thank the entire team at Cool Creek. I've been a patient for years now, and I can confirm they are truly a friendly, compassionate, and highly skilled dental practice as advertised.The building in which the office is located is very nice, so much so that I joke this is where I imagine celebrities would get their teeth cleaned if they lived here. Parking—probably my only nitpick—is admittedly sparse; the lot is on a steep incline, and the spaces are NARROW. However, there's another big lot in front of the complex next door with flatter, wider spaces if that's an issue for you. The office itself is clean, modern, and well-decorated.Everyone from the support staff to the hygienists to Drs. Kristoff and Mistry themselves is caring, knowledgeable, and professional. They remember you by name, and they go out of their way to ask about the quality of your visit—something that always surprises me considering I'm sure they have more important things to do than chitchat with me as I'm leaving.The actual dental care is top-notch. Everyone takes the time to make sure you're relaxed, address any questions/concerns you might have, and explain what they're doing in detail. I'd feel very comfortable recommending Cool Creek to anyone who has a fear of dentists or prior negative experiences with other dentists; they will make every effort to keep your visit as painless and pleasant as possible. When it comes to more involved procedures, they'll ensure you have the facts you need to make an informed decision without pressuring you into treatment.Lastly, I want to note that scheduling and billing have both always been smooth. It's easy to schedule and reschedule appointments, although this can't be done online (okay, I guess that's my other nitpick). I've typically been able to get in fairly quickly when having an unexpected dental problem. Both Dr. Kristoff and Dr. Mistry have emergency lines, and they've always been highly responsive when I need something urgently.Overall, I can't say anything further about Cool Creek other than recommending you visit and see the practice for yourself. I recently had to get a second opinion from another practice due to some inexplicable dental pain none of my doctors can figure out. While the staff there were also very nice and professional, the office wasn't as upscale, and the dentist didn't have the same bedside manner I'm used to at Cool Creek. It just served to reaffirm how truly wonderful Drs. Kristoff/Mistry and their staff are.Thank you, team, for all the care you've provided me. Looking forward to many more years!

Love the staff and especially Dr Kristoff! They are thorough and gentle and are so friendly. Everything is very high tech and clean. Highly recommend!
