After my very first visit today, I happily switched from my lifelong dentist to Cool Creek and have scheduled appointments for my kids.
From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was the only patient on the schedule. My appointment began with Natalie, the assistant, who took my X-rays and 3D imaging with such efficiency and comfort which set the tone for the rest of my appointment. Dr. Mistry then conducted a comprehensive exam which was exceptionally thorough. What truly amazed me was the time Dr. Mistry spent walking through every single image, pointing out details I'd never had explained to me before and answering all my questions. This level of attention and transparency was remarkable. Our discussion ended with conservative recommendations for treatment, and at no point did I feel pressured into unnecessary procedures that did not support my long-term dental health. The fact that she spent roughly 30 minutes with me, unrushed and fully engaged, meant more than I can express.
Afterward, I moved on to my cleaning with Laudan, the hygienist, who explained each step of the gum assessment and delivered an excellent cleaning while being extremely gentle and thorough. During a conversation with Laudan, I mentioned nonchalantly how I would love to switch my kids to this practice. While checking out, the incredible scheduler Kayla had already taken the initiative to find appointment dates that aligned with the AISD school calendar! Already blown away by the level of service I had received, I was further impressed when the owner Dr. Kristoff went out of his way to introduce himself, shake my hand, and personally thank me for choosing their practice.
